Introducing Otto

I’m excited to introduce Otto, a revolutionary tool that simplifies your everyday tasks through simple conversation. Whether you’re organizing a team dinner, planning a personal event, or streamlining work processes, Otto makes it effortless and enjoyable – no technical skills required!

I’ve spent the last decade of my life creating automation tools (Workday Orchestrate, Slack’s Workflow Builder) and no matter how much time we spent on user research, onboarding flows and simplifying the UI, there was a large percentage of the population that just didn’t understand how to get started. I came to realize that the core issue was humans just don’t think like computers by default. There’s no room for ambiguity, you have to think ahead about how you’re going to pass data around and every choice matters. I set off to build a tool where you can automate tasks without any training or technical skill. The only requirement to use Otto is to be able to have a conversation (currently in English).
